Seraphim Ward doesn't hesitate to call herself an occult filmmaker even though horror film is the widely accepted niche term. "The occult means hidden and it's not a scary word," Seraphim told me in a recent interview. "It's like the realm of God. I realize it's a creepy word to many people."
